The blue dress with white polkadots is a very traditional look. Red brightens up the outfit. The red, white and blue is always a good color combination, especially in the summer. The dress originally came with a black belt, but I loved the switch to red belt, shoes, and bag. The bright red brings youthful enthusiasm to the whole look.
