Cruising The Mississippi To Cozumel

Onboard the Carnival Elation Leaving New Orleans.

You can still see downtown New Orleans behind me.

5 hours of twists and turns through the Mississippi River from New Orleans to the Gulf of Mexico. Oil rigs light up the night in the Gulf of Mexico as we head for Cozumel. Great night scenes. A terrible storm the morning we left New Orleans. We couldn’t even leave the hotel lobby to get to the taxi, but by the time the ship left at 3pm it was a clear day. Perfect temperature and weather conditions as we leave port.

Minimum Airport Accessories

Nobody likes to deal with the complicated process of going through security check in the airport, but you just have to deal with it in the smartest way. I usually choose most comfortable clothing with minimum accessories. The top and the skirt are both very comfortable, and the low-heal slip-ons can be removed in a matter of seconds.

White Shirt & Blue Fitted Skirt

I had this skirt for a while before I was able to find something to match. Trying a lot of different color tops, I decided to go with the most easiest choice, white. It’s simple and stylish. Especially when matched with the bag and hat.
