One of my favorite activities in Kauai was exploring good seafood restaurants. After a few days of comparing, Bar Acuda in Hanalei topped my list. There best dish was the Mahi Mahi. The restaurant’s open kitchen style cooking is a great atmosphere. You can actually watch them cook your dinner. But the first few photos are taken in front of Hanalei Dolphin Restaurant, because I had lunch there and it’s still day light. Kauai’s night is really dark, it’s very hard to take pictures with a small automatic camera.
