Even though it’s mid way through September, Orange county’s weather is still in the high 80s. This thin cotton jersey maxi makes a stroll in the park with friends perfect in the hot temperature. The platform flip-flops make the stroll pleasantly comfortable. The white blazer keeps me covered from the sun, and matches my hat well.

A great day in Huntington Beach, California. The colors in this maxi dress really caught my eye. The jewelry was given to me by my dear friend, Linda. She purchased it while traveling in Malaysia.  I thought the style of the jewelry matches the dress perfectly.

The first thing I thought of after seeing this dress was the movie Stepford Wives with Nicole Kidman.  I really liked those outfits worn in the movie. Now I am bringing a little modern taste to this outfit by pairing it with the high-platform sandals.
