Hawaii Day Three – Honolulu Beach, Shops and Resorts

This is the entrance to the Hilton Hawaii Village Resort – Street Side.

This is the Sheraton within walking distance of the Hilton Resort, I think this is one of the most classic buildings along Waikiki Beach.

This is the view from my balcony at the the Hilton Resort.

Another resort from the beach along the Waikiki Beach.

My favorite store on the main street of Waikiki Beach is the Hermes store.  I  just love to see all the details of the products on display.

Hawaii Day Two: Punchbowl and East Shore

Punchbowl is a great site dedicated to soldiers who gave their lives fighting for our country during World War II. The whole site is very educational, it has all the maps illustrating World War II battles in detail. It’s definitely worth visiting. Also the view from the top overlooking the city is a must see. Millions of visitors visit the cemetery each year, and it is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Hawaii.

Lanikai supposedly has the best beach in the world. The residential area is also gorgeous with this little structure indicating its entrance. Models all over the world fly to this beach to take photos and I feel proud being able to take photos at this beach. Lanikai is great place to watch the moonrise over the Mokuluas Islands.

I love packing for Hawaii because you don’t need a lot of space for shoes. All I packed was flip-flops. Most of the time you can go barefoot. Dresses are simple too. Hawaiian shirts, dresses and shorts. You can pack a very small bag with a lot of different changes of clothes. However, during winter time, it gets a little chilly in the evenings. So a light jacket or sweater is necessary too.

Hawaii Day One: Wakiki Beach

I took these pictures with my small Nikon Camera on a shuttle boat to the Atlantis Submarine. The view from the deck on board is breathtaking.

This was taken after I got off the submarine inside the Hilton Hawaii Village Resort. Very nice resort, you can walk from any tower directly to the beach.

This is the Hilton Village Resort pool right next to the beach.
